Surfait. Hôtel vieillissant quoique confortable. Accueil agréable, bon petit déjeuner mais espaces, dont la chambre nécessitant un gros rafraîchissement..Bien placé au centre de Saulieu juste en face du restaurant Loiseau. Tarif trop élevé.

Personnel disponible et souriant, SPA incroyable. Repas goûteux, petit déjeuner avec du choix et des produits de qualité. La chambre chaleureuse et spacieuse avec vue sur un grand jardin. Nous reviendrons.

Nous ne nous sommes pas senties accueillies à notre arrivée. le personnel était guindé, n'était pas souriant et nous avons eu l'impression de les déranger. Franchement pas plaisant ! Bref, ni le sens de l'accueil ni celui du service. Malgré la demande de 2 lits séparés, nous avons découvert un grand lit à l'arrivée (qu'ils ont séparé aussitôt, mais à quoi cela sert-il de le demander avant ?) Le dîner a été extrêmement long : 3h30 ! Enfin, 1 produit d'accueil pour deux : c'est mesquin et pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. On a l'impression que tout est à l'économie. Au petit déjeuner, idem ; pas d’accueil, donc nous avons dû nous débrouiller et quémander du café en cuisine. En résumé un super endroit, mais j'hésiterai à revenir...

Premier passage dans ce type d'établissement, ce fut un vrai plaisir tant par les prestations de service, la qualité de l'hébergement, et le dîner avec le menu découverte. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler cette expérience prochainement, avec la volonté que ça reste exceptionnel
